これまで恵比寿の地で多くのお客様に支えていただき、たくさんの温かいご縁に恵まれたこと、心より感謝申し上げます。

また、シェフ後藤はこの節目を新たな挑戦への第一歩とし、次のステージへ進んでまいります。

今後の活動や新たな取り組みにつきましては、こちらのInstagramにて随時お知らせしてまいりますので、引き続き見守っていただけますと幸いです。

突然のご報告となりましたことをお詫び申し上げるとともに、これまでご支援を賜りましたお客様、生産者の皆様、関係者の皆様に深く御礼申し上げます。

最終営業日となる7月19日（日）まで、皆様をお迎えできますことをスタッフ一同心より楽しみにしております。

As previously announced, we had been exploring the possibility of relocating our restaurant. However, after careful consideration of various factors, we have decided that Amour will close its doors on Sunday, July 19, 2026.
We are sincerely grateful for the support we have received from so many guests throughout our years in Ebisu, and for the many meaningful connections we have been fortunate to build along the way.
This milestone also marks the beginning of a new chapter for Chef Goto, who will be taking on new challenges and moving forward to the next stage of his journey.
Updates regarding his future activities and upcoming projects will be shared through this Instagram account. We would be delighted if you continued to follow along and support him in the future.
We apologize for this sudden announcement and would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our guests, producers, partners, and everyone who has supported us over the years.
Until our final day of service on Sunday, July 19, our entire team looks forward to welcoming you.

We would like to inform you that Amour will close its current location at the end of July 2026 as we prepare to relocate.
Since opening in 2012, we have been deeply grateful for the support of so many guests in Ebisu, which has allowed us to dedicate ourselves to our cuisine each and every day.
We sincerely apologize for the sudden nature of this announcement, and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our guests, producers, and everyone who has supported us along the way.
We are currently exploring a new location and preparing to welcome you again in a new setting. Further details will be announced once they are finalized.
Although our time at the current location is limited, we will continue striving to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests until the very end. Our entire team looks forward to welcoming you.
