このたびアムールは、2026年7月末をもちまして現店舗での営業を終了し店舗移転の運びとなりました。
2012年の開業以来、恵比寿の地で多くのお客様に支えていただき、日々料理と向き合ってこられたことを、心より感謝申し上げます。
突然のお知らせとなりましたことをお詫び申し上げるとともに、これまで足を運んでくださった皆様、お力添えいただいた生産者の皆様、関係者の皆様に深く御礼申し上げます。
なお、現在移転先を検討しており、新たな場所で再び皆様をお迎えできるよう準備を進めてまいります。詳細が決まり次第、改めてご報告いたします。
現店舗での営業は残りわずかな期間ではございますが、最後まで皆様にお楽しみいただけるよう努めてまいります。スタッフ一同、皆様のお越しを心よりお待ちしております。

We would like to inform you that Amour will close its current location at the end of July 2026 as we prepare to relocate.
Since opening in 2012, we have been deeply grateful for the support of so many guests in Ebisu, which has allowed us to dedicate ourselves to our cuisine each and every day.
We sincerely apologize for the sudden nature of this announcement, and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of our guests, producers, and everyone who has supported us along the way.
We are currently exploring a new location and preparing to welcome you again in a new setting. Further details will be announced once they are finalized.
Although our time at the current location is limited, we will continue striving to provide an enjoyable experience for all our guests until the very end. Our entire team looks forward to welcoming you.
